Yesterday was a major shopping day! I now have (or have arranged to get) everything Kaylee will need. Yesterday included baby monitor, breastpump, sleep positioner, bath tub, extremely cute flower bath towel set, fabric for her halloween costume, nursing tops for me, vaseline/zincofax/lanolin, medicine dispensing set, nail clipper set, baby hairbrush/comb set, felty pink shoes, newborn size hats, a couple more books, an ocean-themed cribside amusement thingy, and to top it all off, a *Christmas* dress!!
I'm lucky to have such wonderful parents/Kaylee is lucky to have such amazing grandparents!
Now I just have to finish the laundry, put the sheets in the crib, pack the bags, and make the room a little more functional. THEN Kaylee can arrive anytime she wants :)
Amendment: Once I figure out how to install the carseat, then Kaylee can come out!!

ReplyDeleteUse the cream everytime you feed. Even start using it before. Apparently it'll save us loads of pain in the long run. This idea was reinforced by my mother yesterday.
