New Photos

Things are going well in Regina, Kaylee's being awesome as per usual. Still reveling in how lucky I am to have such a great daughter!

She's laughing fairly frequently now, smiling all the time (except when she's mad, etc), and starting to pull herself into a sitting position. Not from lying down, but from leaning against something else. She's very interested in watching people eat or drink... 'The food goes on the fork, and then the fork goes to the mouth! And then the fork goes back to the food again...'  You can just see the wheels turning in her brain as she watches someone eating.

I got my photos back from McMaster Studios last week, and I just scanned them and resized them:

And there are a ton of pics on my cameras and the grandparents' cameras too... that have yet to be uploaded to a computer.

Right now she's sleeping in her crib in her room... trying to make it a habit from now on. I like it when she sleeps near me or with me, but it is pretty darn convenient when she can go to sleep in her room and I'm free to do whatever I wasn't able to do during the day either at night or the next morning!

She got a bump on the head this evening. She cried for a minute and then calmed down (I was trying to distract her with toys). It turned red and there was a bump there, but a couple hours later it wasn't as red and the bump was gone. Phew! I felt so horrible...
