K. I. J.: Hello out there!

Yeah... it's been a while. We've been doing well though! So well we haven't had much time to update the blog! So I'm going to update on the past as I go on with the future. You know that feeling where you get behind on something and you know it will take a lot of time and thought-effort to make things complete, so you put it off even longer but more stuff has been happening and then feel like it's impossible to catch up? That's where I am. :P

What Kaylee has been up to (off the top of my head):

Sitting up on her own just fine
Rolling over both ways like a pro
Loving solids, especially breakfast (oatmeal + a fruit mixed in)
Jumping in her exersaucer
Getting up on her hands and knees (but then sliding backwards, not going forwards yet)
Likes to play 'Horsey' on someone's knee
Attemping to wave
Will sometimes say 'Hi' (sounds more like "eye") when someone walks into the room
Still loves ice cream!
Enjoys hanging out in her PeaPod tent
Makes the 'raspberry' (lips buzzing) sound with her lips
Smiles and giggles when visiting Brandi (dog), the horses, and baby bunnies!
Loves riding in the shopping cart - without her carseat
Gets pretty excited when 'Choo Choo Soul' (on Disney Junior channel) comes on (also likes Handy Manny)
No teeth poking through yet, but the front bottom two are looking pretty close (and have for almost 2 months!)
Likes eating arrowroot cookies and apple pieces out of her food-net thingy... gonna try carrot next
Pulls her feet up to her mouth and chews on them
Starts games with people, like grabbing their feet/arm/hair and giggling, then doing it again
Still loves the word 'Bazinga' but she doesn't say it yet, and doesn't say 'mum' as often anymore
Has a few naps a day, and sleeps about 10-12 hours a night
Had a visit with Ilia, Amber and Perry when they visited Moose Jaw a couple weeks ago
